Otherwise, you should think more about what to do after you liquidate your position, rather than how to make money. Live and learn!

In foreign exchange trading, there are three main ways to analyze market trends and develop trading awareness:
1. Technical analysis
2. Fundamental analysis
3. Psycho-emotional analysis
The debate about which analytical method is better has never stopped. To find out the answer, we must have a full understanding of these three basic analytical methods, and the final answer depends on you. Each analytical method has its own advantages and determinations, and each method is suitable for different people. It's a bit like standing on a three-legged stool. If one of the legs is shorter, the stool will definitely be unstable, and you will be swaying when you stand on it. The same is true in foreign exchange trading. All three analytical methods are firmly mastered and then used flexibly in combination with reality. Otherwise, it is easy to lead to liquidation.
Let's explain these three analytical methods separately. In this lesson, we will first look at technical analysis, and in the next lesson, we will study fundamental analysis and psychological analysis.
technical analysis:
Technical analysis is the basic framework for foreign exchange traders to study price movements. It mainly studies price movements through price charts. Technical analysis theory holds that people can find patterns and judge future price movements by observing historical price movements. By looking at charts, we can find price movement trends and patterns, and trends and patterns can provide us with trading signals (trading opportunities).
In theory, the main rationale for technical analysis is that all information in the foreign exchange market is reflected through prices. If prices reflect all market information, then foreign exchange traders only need to trade based on price action. You have all heard the old saying that history often repeats itself! If a price level was preceded by a key support or resistance level, traders will closely monitor that historical price and trade around it. Technical traders establish their trading thinking by looking for similar graphical patterns formed in the past. They believe that prices will move in the same way.
existforeign exchange tradingWhen people talk about technical analysis, the first thing that comes to mind is charts. Technical traders use charts for analysis because charts are the most intuitive way to visualize historical data. Traders can look at historical data through charts in order to identify good trading opportunities. More importantly, for all traders who rely on technical analysis, these price movements and indicator signals are usually self-fulfilling. As more and more Forex traders look for specific price levels and chart patterns, these patterns become easier to reflect in the market.
However, technical analysis itself is a subjective judgment. Even if two traders use the same currency charts and indicators, they may come to completely different conclusions about future price movements. The point is that we need to have a good understanding of the basic concepts of technical analysis, lest you feel confused when others talk about Fibonacci or Bollinger Bands.
Everyone must be muttering in their hearts: "God, I haven't heard of Fibonacci, Bollinger Bands, I may never learn it". In fact, there is no need to worry at all, we will systematically tell you this knowledge step by step, in fact, it is not as profound as imagined, as long as you put some effort, everyone can learn it.
