Why do traders take risks?
What makes traders willing to take risks and invest everything?
I think this mindset exists in human blood and is very primitive and ancient.
Often people take huge risks and invest everything because we are too impatient. We are the hunters, the breadwinners of the family, the givers. If we are afraid to take risks and cannot bring food for our family, then who will?
It's in our genes, but there are some things that require us to be peaceful and rational in order to reduce the risks we take and maintain the continuous harvest. The same is true in the foreign exchange market. To bring back "food" without losing an inch, here are some ways to help you do it:
● Don't trade when you're not ready. Make sure you have enough trading knowledge before you decide to go against a professional trader.
● Do not risk more than 1% of your trading capital. Do not make more than three trades at the same time. This can effectively mitigate the speed at which you lose money when you encounter losses.
● Stop trading when it's profitable and leave decisively. Don't worry, and don't keep investing because of greed.
● There is no need to exit the trade prematurely when making a profit. Learn to trust your own judgment and let the profitable trade continue for a while.
● Don't be too egotistical in trading. Focus only on making a profit, and you will win in the long run.
● Trade with the trend within the time frame you specify. Don't try to change it.
● Big profits are always accompanied by small losses. Focusing on big profits is the secret to a trader's long-term success.
Make a plan to trade without being distracted by your own emotions or relying on the advice of others.
● Learn from experienced traders. There is no shame in asking for advice.
Develop trading strategies based on historical price trends, rather than predictions about the future.
