A very simple way to trade profitably

A very simple way to trade profitably (Figure 1)

We all know that following the trend is the trend, but different cycles have different trends. It goes up in five minutes, goes down in 15 minutes, goes up in 30 minutes, goes down in 1 hour, and goes up in 4 hours. Which cycle should we follow? Following this trend and not following that trend, people are at a loss. In fact, as long as we choose a main cycle of operation and adhere to a trend cycle, we can achieve a high winning rate.

For example, many people like to operate in a 5-minute cycle, so we can use 30 minutes as a trend cycle, and other cycles can be ignored. The advantage of this is to stick to one direction and not swing left and right. In order to better analyze the trend, we can add a 60-day moving average in 30 minutes. When the K line is above the moving average and the moving average is upward, it is a bull trend, and vice versa. When 30 minutes is long, we only do long and not short in the 5-minute cycle. The position opening method can use moving averages or other indicators. As long as the 30-minute long trend remains unchanged, we can also add positions in the 5-minute cycle. As for the position squaring timing, we can choose position squaring when the trend changes in the 30-minute cycle. In order to ensure that unnecessary losses are avoided during the shock, the profit list can be set to a general guarantee, so that even if the shock does not cause a large loss; but once the unilateral market is very profitable. Of course, if you open a position just before the trend change in the 30-minute cycle, it will lead to a stop loss, but such a stop loss is completely small compared to the profit.
