Trading is a process of continuous learning

Trading is a process of continuous learning (Figure 1).

The advanced journey of trading is a process of learning, breaking through, epiphany, learning again, breaking through again, epiphany again, and constantly cycling, and finally establishing your own trading system.

Many people think that establishing a trading system is the end point. In fact, this is not the real end point. The real end point is consistent execution

After you have established your own trading system, this is just the beginning.

Next, you have to take your trading system to go through enough market baptism

Only by following your trading system and experiencing enough quotes can you generate enough confidence and belief in your trading system. This way, you won't give up easily when you encounter difficulties.

However, most people gave up after a difficult period of two or three months and continued to search for a better trading system. Many people finally established a trading system that they expected, but no system is perfect. If the recent market just fits their trading system, it will be more beneficial for him to build confidence. However, if he goes live, the market just doesn't match his trading system, and his luck is relatively low, then he will easily doubt his system and even start to optimize and modify his trading system.

Therefore, in the end, the most difficult thing to overcome is execution.

Many people have not consistently implemented a trading system for more than a year, and they begin to come to the conclusion that the system is invalid. Most people can only persist for two or three months, especially for daily-level trend traders. This type of daily-level trader usually only has a few months in a year, which belongs to its advantage period. Other months are either losing money or consolidating, and many people cannot persevere.

The winning rate of the trend-following strategy is relatively low, but the profit and loss are relatively high. Most people can't stick to it because they get positive feedback for a long time. Many people can't wait patiently for the arrival of the advantage period of their trading system, and they can't wait until when the market that their trading system can capture will arrive. All we can do is to make a small loss when the market does not arrive, and when the market comes, seize the market to cover the past trial and error costs。

Most junior traders prefer short-term trading systems with high win rates.Because the positive feedback received by this system is more timely, and because of this, many people are caught up in it and let you extricate yourself, so you will find that the trader's path to advancement starts with short-term trading, and then loses a few years and still can't get out. Eventually, they have to move towards medium and long-term trading. Fortunately, these people have better insight than most people, but most people are still trapped in the vortex of short-term trading throughout their trading career, making it difficult to get out.

Futuo official websiteReminder: Only when you take your system to execute firmly, go through the baptism of countless market conditions, go through a long enough consolidation, and experience the pressure of continuous losses, can you know the death and then live, and thus have a firm belief in itWhen you see your net worth curve constantly retracting, you can still hold on firmly. When you catch a trend, your curve rises strongly. Each time you rise strongly, you will further strengthen your belief in your system.
