    What is quantitative easing?

What is quantitative easing? It is to issue a large amount of money to supplement the lack of liquidity and promote the development and recovery of the domestic economy. The central bank provides money to these Financial Institution Groups by purchasing bonds, bills, etc. held by banks and other Financial Institution Groups, that is, injecting large-scale capital into the market. Under normal economic development conditions, the central bank uses open market business operations to fine-tune interest rates by purchasing short-term securities in the market, thereby adjusting interest rates to the established target interest rate; while quantitative easing is not. Its control target is locked in long-term low interest rates. Central banks continue to inject liquidity into the banking system and release a large amount of money into the market. That is, under quantitative easing, the monetary policy implemented by the central bank on the economy is not fine-tuning, but a powerful medicine.
