How to analyze foreign exchange investment with reference to fundamentals
Many times when investors speculate on foreign exchange based on fundamental information, they find that the economic data they track is clearly positive, but in fact the price of the currency is declining. This is not because the market's reaction is wrong or insensitive, but because of the way the fundamental information is viewed.
The economic development of various countries is interconnected, and each piece of economic data is not independent. When analyzing relevant economic data, it should be treated in a changing and dialectical manner. Due to the complexity of market conditions, fundamental information has a greater impact on it over a longer period of time. When conducting transactions, fundamental information can only be used as reference data, not as a basis for transactions.
In order to avoid mistaken views of fundamental information and adverse effects on trading, we can solve the problem by fully grasping the information. In this way, after the integration of information, we can make relatively objective and accurate judgments. Of course, we also need to consider the relationship between the time it takes to obtain information and market price changes.
Any analytical method of foreign exchange speculation, as long as it is used properly, will play an important guiding role in our trading, but the method is not perfect, and there will always be problems of one kind or another. This requires us to have enough wisdom to use these analytical theories in combination, so that they can form a useful complement to each other and ultimately guide the smooth progress of our trading.
When investing in foreign exchange, both basic analysis and fundamental analysis have their own shortcomings. No analysis method can accurately grasp market conditions. The most suitable analysis method is only to improve the probability of success from a relatively large level. The key issue is to apply what you have learned, use it flexibly, and use the appropriate method in the right place.
