    Explanation of ten K-line forms

    1. The long red line or the big sun line, this kind of chart shows that the highest price is the same as the closing price, and the lowest price is the same as the opening price. There is no shadow line up and down. From the opening, the buyer aggressively attacks, and there may be a struggle between the buyer and the seller in the middle, but the buyer exerts the greatest force until the close. The buyer always has the advantage, so that the price rises all the way until the close. Indicates a strong rally, the market shows a climax, and buyers rush in and buy without limit. Those who hold stocks are unwilling to sell because they see strong buying momentum, and there is a shortage of supply. 2. Long black line or big negative line

This chart shows that the highest price is the same as the opening price, and the lowest price is the same as the closing price. There are no shadows up and down. From the beginning, the sellers have the advantage. The market is at a low ebb. Holders sell wildly without limit, causing panic. The market is one-sided until the close, and the price continues to fall, indicating a strong decline.

    3. Drop first and then rise

This is a red entity with a lower shadow. The highest price is the same as the closing price. After the opening, there is a lot of selling gas and the price falls. But at the low price, supported by the buyer, the seller is frustrated, and the price pushes up past the opening price, all the way up until the close, and closes at the highest price. Generally speaking, there is a type of first falling and then rising, and the buyer's power is greater, but the physical part and the lower shadow are different in length, and the buyer and the seller's power are different. The physical part is longer than the lower shadow. The price does not fall much, that is, it is supported by the buyer, and the price is pushed up. After breaking the opening price, it also advances significantly, and the buyer's strength is very large. The physical part is equal to the lower shadow, and the buyer and seller are locked in a fierce battle, but generally, the buyer dominates and benefits the buyer. The physical part is shorter than the lower shadow. The buyer and seller have a fierce battle at the low price. In case of buyer support, the price is gradually pushed up. However, it can be found from the figure that the upper physical part is small, indicating that the buyer's advantage is not too great. If the seller counterattacks the next day, the buyer's entity is easily captured.

    Step 4 Fall Resistance

This is a black entity with a lower shadow line, and the opening price is the highest price. As soon as the opening, the seller's power is particularly large, and the price level falls, but it encounters the support of the buyer at the low price. The market outlook may rebound. The length of the physical part and the lower shadow line can also be divided into three situations: (1) The physical part is longer than the shadow line. The selling pressure is relatively large. As soon as the opening is opened, it is greatly depressed, and the buyer encounters resistance at the low point. The buyer and the seller have a fierce battle. The shadow line part is shorter, indicating that the buyer has not pushed the price up much. Overall, the seller has a relatively large advantage. (2) The same length of the physical part and the shadow line indicates that after the seller presses the price down, the buyer's resistance is also increasing, but it can be seen that the seller still has the advantage. ( 3) The physical part is shorter than the shadow line. The seller presses the price all the way down. At the low price, the buyer stubbornly resists and organizes a counterattack, gradually pushing the price up. Finally, although it closes with a black stick, it can be seen that the seller only has a very small advantage. After the market, the buyer is likely to counterattack with all his strength and eat all the small black entities.

    Step 5 Rising resistance

This is a red entity with a shadow. The opening price is the lowest price. As soon as the buyer is strong at the opening, the price is pushed all the way, but the seller's pressure at the high price hinders the rise of the stock price. The result of the battle between the seller and the buyer is that the buyer is slightly better. The specific situation should still be observed the length of the entity and the shadow. The red entity is longer than the shadow, indicating that the buyer is encountering resistance at the high price, and some bulls are taking profits. But the buyer is still the dominant force in the market, and the market outlook continues to be bullish. The entity and the shadow are the same length, and the buyer pushes the price up, but the pressure on the seller is also increasing. As a result of the battle between the two, the seller presses the price back to half, and the buyer has the advantage. But it is obviously not as big as its advantage. The entity is shorter Under pressure from the seller at the high price, the seller counterattacked comprehensively, and the buyer was severely tested. Most short-term investors took profits one after another, and after the end of the day's battle, the seller had recovered most of the lost ground. A small fortress (physical part) of the buyer will soon be destroyed. If this K-line appears in the high price area, the market outlook will be bearish.

    6. Up and down

This is a black entity with a shadow line. The closing price is the lowest price. As soon as the market opens, the buyer and the seller engage in a battle. The buyer has the upper hand and the price rises all the way. But at a high price, when confronted with selling pressure resistance, the seller organizes a counterattack, and the buyer loses ground. Finally, at the lowest price, the seller has the advantage and gives full play to its power, making the buyer fall into a "stuck" dilemma. There are still the following three specific situations: (1) The black entity is longer than the shadow line, indicating that the buyer has not pushed the price up much. Immediately, it encounters a strong counterattack from the seller, presses the price beyond the opening price, takes advantage of the victory, and then pushes the price down a large part. The seller's power is particularly strong, and the situation is favorable to the seller. ( 2) The black entity is equal to the shadow line. The buyer pushes the price up; but the seller is stronger and takes the initiative. The seller has an advantage. (3) The black entity is shorter than the shadow line. Although the seller presses the price down, it has less advantage. When entering the market tomorrow, the buyer's power may counterattack again, and the black entity is likely to be captured.

    7. Inversion heuristic

This is a red entity with a shadow line up and down. After the opening, the price fell, and the buyer supported it. After the two sides fought, the buyer strengthened, and the price pushed all the way. Before the close, some buyers took profits and closed below the highest price. This is a reversal signal. If it appears after a big rise, it indicates a high-end shock. If the trading volume increases sharply, the market outlook may fall. If it appears after a big drop, the market outlook may rebound. Here, the difference between the upper and lower shadow lines and the entity can be divided into various situations: (1) The red entity with the upper shadow line longer than the lower shadow line: It is further divided into: the shadow line is longer than the red entity, indicating that the buyer's power is frustrated. The red entity is longer than the shadow line, indicating that the buyer is frustrated, but still has the advantage. ( 2) The red entity with the lower shadow longer than the upper shadow: It can also be divided into: the red entity is longer than the shadow part, indicating that the buyer is still in an active position despite frustration. The shadow part is longer than the red entity, indicating that the buyer still needs to be tested.

    8. Bomb lift test type

This is a kind of black entity with shadow lines on the top and bottom. During the trading process, the stock price sometimes strives for the upper reaches after the opening. As the seller's power increases, the buyer is unwilling to chase the high price. The seller takes the initiative, and the stock price reverses. Trading at the opening price, the stock price falls. When the buyer supports the buyer at the low price, the buying sentiment becomes stronger, and it will not close at the lowest price. Sometimes the stock price is traded below the opening price in the first half, and the buying intention increases in the second half. The stock price returns to higher than the opening price. Before the close, the seller has the advantage and closes at a price lower than the opening price. This is also a kind of reversal test. If it appears after a big drop, it means that the low-end undertaking, and the market may rebound. If it appears after a big rise, the market outlook may fall.

    9. Cross line type

This is a graphic with only upper and lower shadows, no entity. The opening price is the closing price, indicating that in the transaction, the stock price appears higher or lower than the opening price, but the closing price is equal to the opening price. Buyers and sellers are almost evenly matched. Among them: the longer the upper shadow line, the heavier the selling pressure. The longer the lower shadow line, the more exuberant the buyer. The seemingly equal-length cross line of the upper and lower shadows can be called a turnaround line. At high or low prices, it means that there is a reversal.

    10. "" graphics

Also known as the short win line, the opening price is the same as the closing price. The transactions of the day are all completed at the price above the opening price, and closed at the lowest price of the day (ie the opening price), indicating that although the buyer is strong, the seller is stronger, and the buyer is unable to rise again. Overall, the seller has a slight advantage. If it is in the high price area, the market may fall. The "T" pattern is also called the multi win line. The opening price is the same as the closing price. The transaction of the day is completed at the price below the opening price, and it closes at the highest price of the day (ie the opening price). Although the seller is strong, the buyer is stronger, and the situation is favorable to the buyer. If it is in the low price area, the market will recover.
