There are many different countries in the world with different currencies in circulation. For example, in Japan it is the yen, in the US it is the dollar, in the UK it is the pound, in Germany and France it is the euro, and so on.
The exchange behavior between these different currencies is "foreign exchange transactions", also known as "foreign exchange". The "foreign currency" used is "foreign exchange". Strictly speaking, foreign exchange is "a payment instrument for international transactions".
In fact, most foreign exchange traders should know that foreign exchange trading means that investors can exchange the currency of one country for the currency of another country. This kind of trading method is foreign exchange trading. Foreign exchange is traded in the form of currency pairs, and foreign exchange trading is to buy one currency in a pair of currencies at the same time and sell another currency.
For example, if you've ever traveled to another country, normally you have to find a kiosk at the airport and change the currency. You go to the counter and you see different foreign exchange rates displayed on the screen. You'll notice that a dollar is worth 100 yen, and you'll think, "Wow! Ten dollars can be exchanged for a thousand yen, and I'm so rich!"
When you change to another currency, you are basically already participating in the foreign exchange market! For example, if you are an American visiting Japan, you are already participating in foreign exchange transactions when you sell dollars for yen.
