Sharing: No need for any indicators, bare K trading system

Insourcing Daily Forex Trading Strategy - A popular trading strategy with a great gain/loss ratio but very few entry signals. It does not require any indicators and can be applied to pure candlesticks or bar charts.

    feature

    The entry conditions are clear.

    A very simple charting-only strategy.

    High success rate.

The probability of satisfying the conditions is low.

    How to trade?

An intrinsic daily line is a daily or candlestick line that is fully contained in the previous day's line (also known as the "container" line), including high and low values.

If the current day uses exponent 0 and the previous day uses exponent 1, then the current day must meet the following conditions as an inbuilt day: High [0] < High [1] and Low [0] Low [1]. Note the precise "greater than" and "less than" operations.

A short signal is issued when the bearish "container" daily follows the bullish "container" daily in a clear uptrend.

A long signal is issued when a bullish intra-package daily follows a bearish "container" daily in a clear downtrend.

The long stop loss is set at the low level of the "container" daily line; the short stop loss is set at the high level of the "container" daily line.

Take Profit should be set at the nearest support/resistance level of trend formation.

    example

In the chart of this example, after a downtrend, a bullish inner daily line appears. The inner daily line is easy to identify, and the stop loss is set conservatively here. The take profit is set at the resistance level formed by the previous downtrend. As you can see, the exchange rate of this currency pair reached the take profit level without any hindrance.
